Abstract

본 발명은 기능성 화장지 제조방법에 관한것이다. 본 발명은 녹차,느릅나무껍질,솔잎,쑥 등의 200메쉬~300메쉬 분말을 맥반석을 이용하여 중탕과 멸균처리를 갖추어 화장지 원료 믹싱과정과 함께 일정량을 혼합한 제조방법에 관한것으로 향을 좋게하고 먼지유발을 줄이고 향균에의한 세균전염 예방과 피부질환을 감소해 국민 보건에 기여할수 있는 제조 방법을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
PURPOSE: A process of preparing functional bathroom tissue by mixing Camellia sinensis(green tea), bark of an elm tree, pine needle, mugwort or the like is provided. Whereby, the product is improved in flavor, reduced in generation of dust and causes no bacteria infection and skin diseases by antimicrobial properties. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 100g green tea powder with 200 to 300 meshes, 100g bark of an elm tree, 100g pine needle, 100g mugwort and 8 to 10L underground water is heated in a double kettle(or boiler) at 70 to 85deg.C for 1 to 2hr to produce an extract, which is sterilized at 100 to 120deg.C for 2 to 5min and mixed with 40 to 50L bathroom tissue material and 900 to 960L water.
