(57)【要約】 【課題】 基礎杭の水平方向の施行誤差を吸収できる鋼 管を用いた新しい接合法によって、梁および床版のプレ キャスト化し、工期短縮・工費削減・品質確保が可能な 桟橋構造とその構築方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 下部を杭構造とし、上部に縦方向や横方 向に梁や床版を設ける桟橋構造において、前記基礎杭4 の直径より充分に大きな直径を有し、前記基礎杭4の直 径と少なくともほぼ同一の長さの外鋼管10と、梁5に 充分埋め込まれた接合用鉄筋13を予め取り付けた1つ または多数の縦方向や横方向のプレキャストコンクリー ト製梁5を、杭構造の杭頭部9が該外鋼管10および接 合鉄筋で覆われる様に設置し、基礎杭4と外鋼管10の 間隙にコンクリート等の充填材14を打設し接合鉄筋1 3を固定することによって基礎杭4と縦方向や横方向の 梁5との間で荷重伝達を図ることを特徴とする。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precast beams and a floor slab, shorten a term of works, reduce a cost of construction, and secure quality by a new joining method with steel pipes which can be absorbed an error of execution in a horizontal direction of a foundation pillar. SOLUTION: A lower part of a foundation pillar 4 is used as a pile structure, and a beam and a floor slab are provided on an upper part of the foundation pillars 4 in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. Outer steel pipes 10 and beams 5 are installed so that pile head parts 9 of the pile structure are covered with the outer steel pipe 10 is and joint reinforcements. A diameter of the outer steel pipe 10 is enough larger than that of the foundation pillar 4, and a length of the outer steel pipe 10 is at least almost the same as the diameter of the foundation pillar 4. The joint reinforcement 13 buried enough in the beam 5 is beforehand mounted on one or a lot of precast concrete beams 5 in a vertical direction and a lateral direction. A load is transmitted between the foundation pillars 4 and the beams 5 in the vertical direction and the lateral direction by installing a filler such as concrete in a space between the foundation pillars 4 and the outer steel pipes 10.
